of Rosa Canina "Rubi", an
SPS Rubinstein/ SPS Warkant/ SPS Sender/ SPS Eiger mare.
The mare Rubi is a very
typey liver chestnut mare who stands 16.1˝. She
has an excellent pedigree with 5 generations of State
Premium mares in a row on the dam line. She has an
overall 8 at her Inspection with a super score of 8.22
at her Performance which included 9's for walk and trot,
an 8 for canter, an 8 & 9 for rideability and a 7 & 8
for Jumping ability. She was Winner of her Class
in 2000 and competed in the Famous Ratje-Niebuhr show in
2000 and placed 4th in her class.
Salieri
is the sire of Anky van Grunsven's gelding Salinero, the
2004 Olympic Gold Medallist pictured with rider on.
Salinero is ranked number 1 dressage horse in the world
for 2005 by the World Breeding Federation for Sport
Horses. This top position was primarily based on his
winning the 2005 World Cup Finals and his victory at the
2005 European Dressage Championships.
Salieri was very successful in sport, competing
internationally with Holger Wulschner. In 2000 he
won the Sires of the World class at the Hannover horse
show. In 2001 he won the Audi Cup in Leipzig and
in 2002 he had a victory in Norten-Hardenberg which
