We imported Rosoenna (in foal to World Champion Sir Donnerhall) with her colt, Delmonico in November, 2006. Rosoenna is truly a wonderful addition to our herd. Her kind eye, gentle manner, super gaits and easy going disposition has made her one of our favorites ... a disposition that she passes along to her offspring.

Rosoenna, is a German Oldenburg mare by Rosier whose bloodlines are impeccable (Rubinstein I x Weltmeister). With 12 successful offspring in competition as well as his own performance, Rosier has achieved a breeding value of 142 according to the FN with a certainty of 85%. His performance test in Neutstadt Dosse earned him an outstanding overall score of 132.95 and a perfect 10 for rideability (finishing 3rd overall). He was the State champion in 1994, 1995 and 1997 and was a successful participant in the German National Championships. In 1999 he was highly placed participant in the finals for the Nurnberger Burgpokal. 2001 CDI Zwolle (NL) Rosier wins the title for "The Most Promising Stallion" in dressage 2001.

Offspring

April 28, 2010 - We're very excited about having a 2011 Donnerschlag foal!

2009 - We have left Rosoenna open to try breeding earlier in the 2010 year.

May 19, 2009 - a gorgeous black filly by Starlight, Rue des Reves.

2008 - Left Rosoenna open to put under lights and breed for an earlier foal (she didn't read the book).

May 17, 2007 - a truly stunning colt by Sir Donnerhall, Sergeant Major.

May 14, 2006 - a lovely, elegant colt by DiMaggio, Delmonico, declared a stallion prospect.

2005 - bay filly by Don Gregory ("Grace" is pictured left ... click for larger image ). Imported from Germany as a weanling. Thanks for sharing, Becka!

2004 - liver chestnut colt, Dabnino, by Don Gregory (see more pictures of this lovely gelding who is quite tall at 17.2hh being ridden by a 16 yr old).
